At Grime Fighters, we take pride in delivering high-quality power washing services with a focus on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your service, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds
• Refunds are available for services not rendered due to scheduling errors, weather cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If a service was completed but you’re not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service. We will first offer to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
• If issues remain unresolved after re-cleaning, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the situation.

Non-Refundable Conditions
• Services completed more than 48 hours ago without notification of concern.
• Areas that were not accessible or were improperly prepared (e.g. blocked surfaces, fragile items not removed).
• Stains or damage that cannot be removed due to age, surface type, or material limitations (as discussed during estimate or consultation).
